About Nicolas Fortin

Originally from France, Nicolas graduated with a master’s degree in international business and a bachelor’s degree in sales which led him to work for renowned international firms. Nicolas’ first steps in Montreal, in 2012, were as the main buyer for a large company. He later developed a passion for real estate starting out in the luxury home rental business, finding properties for several Hollywood stars while they were filming in Montreal.

He made the transition to real estate in 2015 by acquiring his license from the Collège de l’Immobilier du Québec and rising in the field, thanks to his rental contacts and his knowledge of buildings.

Nicolas continues to improve his expertise, whether in legal, innovative and marketing aspects, which allows him to maintain his notoriety and his success, counting more than 800 transactions to his credit.
